I wished to receive mail with similar stamp combination for a long time. Finally, I received it! :). What is so interesting on this combination of stamps? The country name written on stamps.
Taiwan (Republic of China) issued stamps with the country name Republic of China for very long time. In 2007, one issue bore a short country name – Taiwan – for the first time. Later that year, issue with combined country name, i.e. Republic of China (Taiwan), appeared. Since then, the vast majority of stamps have this combined country name on stamps. I am happy I am having received all the “evolution” of country-name-change of Taiwanese stamps on a single mail :).
Many many thanks, Jing Ping!
